Return of defective products

Returns for non-defective reasons
For returns for non-defective reasons, such as dissatisfaction or wrong orders, the product must be in its original packaging and all included accessories are complete. Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Defective products: before and after photos of the original packaging, photos or videos of the defective product, visual documentation (including photos, videos or screenshots) showing the product failure.
Non-defective products: before and after photos of the original packaging, photos of all included accessories.

Refund Time

Shipping Costs
Defective Products: For returns due to product quality issues, shipping costs are borne by us.
